Geek, Nerd, Dork (possible additions - although slightly different in meaning - weirdo, freak, and Role-Playing Guy?)

Skank, Ho, Whore, Slut, Bitch (possible additions - hussy, homewrecker, Golddigger?)

Dick, Asshole, Cocksucker, Jerk, Bastard, Wanker (my journalism professor's fave)

*Set Four: The Dumb Guy (does this even extend to girls?)
Dumbass, Dipshit, Fuckwit, Shithead, Douche Bag (Adam Sandler's fave, and mine too)

* Notice how all the girls' names are related to sex, whereas all the boys' names are related to their generally idiotic behavior (well, I'm not sure where douche bag fits in there, though, although I don't put it past them to use the things idiotically).
Dick: a congenital deformity, incurable. Pompous, oblivious to anyone else. Seriously self-centered.
Asshole: statistically, more applicable to older subjects, although can be applied to younger ones as well. Applies to those who take great glee in their dastardly behavior against specific targets.
Cocksucker: two-faced lying son of a whore. I'm just sayin'. Don't trust that bitch.
Jerk: Temporary status of an otherwise nice person, generally applied when subject's behavior was impetuously thoughtless.
Bastard: When applied in the strictest sense, someone whose parents aren't married. When applied in a perjorative sense, the subject's self-preservationist attitudes have caused great harm, either to specific or to general someones, known or unknown. More general than Asshole. When applied in a light-hearted, joking manner, it can be tranlated as, "I can't believe you succeeded where I didn't, and I find myself strangely attracted to you."

I also know that "wanker" at the base is about masturbation, but I like to use for just about anyone in any situation. Generally, it means a combination of dumbass and asshole to me.
Yeah, I think the most commonly used description for guy masturbation is to "rub out." It has so many connatations......
These are from least to most intense, IMO:
1: dork, geek, nerd (although I think there are different connotations, and it depends on whether you're using it as an insult, which I don't think you should because there's nothing wrong with being a geek or with writing sentences that are eight lines long)
The problem with all of these (and the beautiful thing about English) is that they're not all the same thing, and it depends what you're insulting. To me, a bitch doesn't necessarily have to be promiscuous - just mean and horrible. So slut would be the worst if you were trying to say someone was promiscuous.
This book is so bad, it's hilarious. It's full of stuff I've never even heard of, like "septic stick", which apparently is a fecal rod used as a writing tool for grafitti. GROSS! Sample sentence? "Who left this septic stick in the rose bushes?"

Skank: Just nasty. Plain ol' unhygenic nasty. Can be related to sex, but doesn't have to be.
Ho: Sleeps around. Can be combined with "slut" for the memborable name, "Ho-slut." Definitely can be male or female.
Whore: Someone who only places monetary and/or sexual value on their body, exlucing spiritual, emotional, intellectual or psychological value.
Slut: See "Ho". Also can be male or female.
Bitch: deliberately and intentionally callous to victims. Self-centered. Can be male or female. (I personally like calling men bitches.) Second meaning: used to mean a possessed object, as in "You are my bitch." Implies total dominance. Also can be male or female. Third meaning: self-possessed and confident. "I am one sexy bitch."
